Today's devotion struck me.
3 When we put bits into the mouths of horses to make them obey us, we can turn the whole animal. 4 Or take ships as an example. Although they are so large and are driven by strong winds, they are steered by a very small rudder wherever the pilot wants to go. 5 Likewise, the tongue is a small part of the body, but it makes great boasts.Consider what a great forest is set on fire by a small spark.

Tama diba? It is always my prayer that only encouraging, honest and true words come out of my mouth. Lalo na ngayon at may chikiting na ako. Yung mga foul words na yan, big NO-NO na marinig nya. Pero sobrang true, words can make or break. The tongue is a two-edged sword nga daw.
Kaya friends, today, may we be reminded to always think before we speak. Speak the truth. Be open about what you think. Do not be afraid to speak up. But may we not use the power of words para manira ng tao/relasyon.
Let us all be cautious about the words that will come out of our mouths. :)
