My Mini Me

Blogosphere, meet my 1-year old daugther, Sophia Isabelle (Aeris).

I gave birth to a healthy 8.9 lbs baby girl last January 24, 2012 via C-section. I did my best,  but I guess my best wasn't good enough (in super trying to have a normal delivery haha!). My husband and I, kasama si Momsie, went to the hospital at 11 pm, labored for almost 5 hours in the pursuit of a normal delivery. But my OB said, we should have an emergency CS. Inip na inip na ang baby girl ko sa loob ng tyan ko! Gustong-gusto na nyang lumabas.

I have to be honest, having a baby at the age of 24 was not a part of my game plan. I was doing good in my job then, I was given numerous opportunities to travel (which I love) and to step up. Then I realized my tummy was growing bigger, akala ko tumataba lang ako. Pero ang bilis ha at tyan ko lang talaga lumalaki. Ang takaw takaw takaw ko. I can finish 3 cups of rice in one sitting. Grabe! Then I would crave for ice cream, softdrinks and cake.

'Di na ko magda-dramarama sa hapon ha. Basta, things weren't easy, from telling my parents, my family, my extended family and my circle of friends. But hey, here I am! Happy, contented and blessed.

Here are more photos of my mini me. (Kung nababasa man 'to ng asawa ko, peace hon! Kamukha ko naman talaga sya. Haha!)

By the way, my sweetheart just turned one a week ago. I'll do a separate post on our DIY barn party!!!:) These photos were taken months ago.

A whole lot of loving everyone!

O, hello there!

My first blog post, ever.

WARNING: Please do not expect this to be blog of pompous words.

I am not a writer. Well, I used to write when I was still in grade school, then in middle school, then...uhm. Di ko na po alam anong nangyari.

I always wanted to have this sort of diary, a journal, of anything that interests me, of things that I fancy, of my adventures, of my crazy thoughts.

This blog will serve as a depository of my adventures as a mom, a wife, an entrepreneur, a frustrated fashion designer/stylist, a government employee and whatever else comes to my mind.
